- The return can be made within 14 days of the delivery date on the basis of the receipt or invoice necessary to accept the complaint.
- The returned goods can not have any traces of use.
- You do not have to give the reason for the return.
- For shipment, please attach information with the order number, address details and bank account number.
- We will reimburse you from the day we receive the returned products. Once you give the parcel back to the carrier, it takes approximately 3-5 working days to ship it to our company. We will notify you via email once we receive your returned item(s).
- Return of money from the day we receive the returned products takes approximately 3-5 working days.
- We do not cover the costs of the return.
- A complaint may be filed within 12 months of the delivery date by direct contact by phone or mail with MIRIMPEX.
